BUG FIXES:
1. tSQLt.ResultSetFilter now supports data types introduced in SQL Server 2008 and CLR datatypes.
2. tSLQt.AssertResultSetsHaveSameMetaData now ignores “hidden” columns. For example, when comparing the metadata of a view, this procedure had been including underlying columns.
